Compassionate & Collaborative Individual Psychotherapy

IN-PERSON THERAPY IN HAMILTON AND VIRTUALLY ACROSS ONTARIO

When we give ourselves the chance to pause, we are able to make space for understanding, connection and choice.

It’s hard to understand why we can’t break free from the patterns that keep us stuck. Our reactions can feel confusing or overwhelming. You might feel misunderstood and unseen in your relationships, or like you can’t stop thinking about moments that feel off. You might have anger or worries that are hard to soothe. You might feel out of touch with your needs and exhausted from holding it all together. You want to get back to your self.

With over 12 years of experience working in mental health, I can help you understand how your early experiences, significant relationships, and the ways you’ve learned to cope are influencing what’s feeling hard now. I integrate approaches grounded in theories of attachment and neuroscience to help you manage emotions, connect to your needs, and feel more in control.
