ABOUT MY APPROACH
Your experience in therapy should align with what matters to you
My approach is integrative and intentional; I take the time to get to know you and what you want from therapy. I draw from different types of therapeutic approaches and put them together in a way that fits with your needs. I have a warm and gentle style that both respects all that you are and offers opportunities to challenge and explore what often goes unquestioned.
My work is grounded in theories of emotion and attachment. Through the lens of your past experiences and key relationships, we will deepen your understanding of the patterns, perceptions, and challenges that are holding you back. We can focus on building awareness of emotions and learning how to explore, experience, and understand them in order to manage them. With insights and evidence-based interventions, we can learn ways to identify your needs and be more present, deepen self-compassion, develop boundaries, and navigate relational challenges. Together, we’ll find ways to move towards what matters to you.
